What is Kombucha? Just like sauerkraut, cheese, pickles and wine, Kombucha is the end product of a fermented food: TEA!
When tea is fermented we are left with an amazing, fizzy, living beverage that is full of antioxidants, organic acids, vitamins, amino-acids, and pro-biotics. With a rich history, Kombucha is also known to be a digestive tonic assisting in digestive complications. It has also been used to help stimulate the metabolism and maintain a healthy immune system
