Oshawa native Natalie Gilday has been on a mission since adolescence to change the world around her, advocating for the lost and broken-hearted. Her volunteer efforts started early in life. From her first humanitarian effort in Trinidad at the age of 15 she has assisted in relief & aid in 7 nations including Haiti and Eastern Europe. Natalie combined her love of music and love for people as a performing artist on tour across the United States with a youth production called Acquire the Fire; inspiring and coordinating volunteerism across North America and in 34 developing countries of the world. After living in 3 countries outside of Canada, Natalie returned home in 2009 with a vision to help homeless youth in her own neighbourhood. After researching and observing the success of Social Enterprise in rehabilitating at risk youth, Natalie founded Honey & Tea.
